coming back home even if only for a weekend to Malia's month stay and Jay-Mar's mini vacays where he let us tag along!!!

The newest love of my life.

Meet the newest addition and love of my life: my new igloo cooler! Isn't she great? I purchased it today at Walmart along with some other snacks and goodies for the tailgate party tomorrow. GO WARRIORS!!! I have wanted one of these my whole life, don't ask why, and now I finally have one. WOO HOO! :) Hope the game is a good one, and that I can locate that Coors Light Keg i am seeing in all the commercials! Cheers!

Hello world... and yes, a Happy blated online shout out to roomie Anna. Time is flying by, does anyone else feel that way? Last time i blogged here i was working on my thesis. Well it's September now. I have graduated, my thesis was a success, and by far the hardest academic studying i have ever had to do, but succeeding felt and still feels great. I graduated in May and it was lovely. I love beign done with school, even though my current day job has me taking so many classes that i sometimes feel like a full time student. My life is filled with lots of work, soem play but not enough and now football. GO COWBOYS!!! I would love for the Cowboys to go to the Superbowl this year so they are my team of the season. Just FYI.

Updates on the Citron Kidz:
Malia is m.i.a., Sarah is thinking of going back to school, Anna just celebrated a birthday and is getting ready for some travels with the fam, i am finally getting into my new day job and we hardly have girlie nights anymore. What is happening!?!!! On the up side, things are calm i suppose, there is very little drama, although i suppose we are a fairly drama free household considering that there are four lovely ladies under one roof!

On another note, did anyone watch the premiere of Hawaii Five-O? It wasn't half bad. I enjoyed seeing the island on national television. Hopefully the rest of the nation will like the show and this can help Hawaii's film economy. Some lame parts: "Kukui High School" - what is that!!! and when the insanely Korean man plays "Chin Ho" and says "haole" but doesn't pull it off...

Tonight i tried the PKNT cabernet sauvignon, it wasn't bad. Got it on sale at Foodland (thanks!).

What a day

Okay so i finally got to enjoy the beautiful weather here in Hawaii. In case you didn't know the weather and surf on the south shore has been beautiful. Even though i only got an hour of sun and didn't get to enjoy the surf, it was still a great peaceful hour all to myself. No thesis, no group work, just me and my bacon cheeseburger :)

I made it to my 3:00 thesis class... we stayed a little late because we were running behind schedule. so... i missed my shuttle, no biggie i thought, because i park my car near a bus line. So i walked to the bus stop on campus. waiting. waiting. waiting. Well, i didn't have my wallet. I had 78 cents in my backpack... So i called roomie Anna. Thanks Anna! I guess this is just his way of reminding me. PRIYA DOESN'T TAKE THE BUS... haha, oh well.

Now it's just after 7pm, i'm in Sinclair Library. Stay posted.

Never ever

I could never have told you that I would have studied so hard. Spent all night in a library with friends till 1am, not gone out for weeks in a row. Who would have known? People say that when the rest of your life falls behind, you are doing something right somewhere else. SCHOOL has taken over, but don't worry, i can taste the sweet ending :) Happy studies everyone. And don't worry, it will be a happy happy happy day very soon.
